Medium Clients must be fit enough for the activity they are participating in. They must be dressed and geared up according to weather conditions

• Up to 6 months pregnant: Yes, you may join at your own discretion. This is a moderate glacier hike involving extended walking on crampons across uneven ice, with some elevation changes. You should assess your personal physical condition and comfort with walking on ice for several hours. Our guides will brief you on the route and difficulty level so you can make an informed decision.
• 7 months pregnant or more: For safety reasons, we do not allow participation past the 7th month of pregnancy.
