- or safety and equipment reasons, the tour has weight and sizing restrictions (equipment accommodates guests up to 120 kg). Oversized people can expect having problems fitting our suits. Our biggest suits are the size of XXL.
- For safety, stability, and ease of handling, our tours primarily use tandem SIT kayaks (boats designed for two people). Single SIT kayaks are only utilized to accommodate single travelers or groups with an odd number of bookings. When booking, you select the number of participants, not the specific type of kayak. The guide will determine and allocate the kayak type (single or tandem) on location, based on the group configuration, and this cannot be requested in advance.

All changes and cancellations requested less than 24 hours from the departure time are non refundable. ✓ In the case of cancellation of the tour by the operator because of extreme weather, road conditions, or other factors, we will assist you with rebooking to another date or booking other activities when possible or provide a full refund.
