During your glacier hike you will experience the amazing features and nature of the Breidarmerkurjökull glacier overlooking the world famous Glacier Lagoon. Your experienced and certified glacier guide will take you across the ice and show you some amazing ice formations. Showing you all of what the glacier has to offer crevasses, moulins and ice tunnels while explaining the geological history of the glacier and the changes that have occurred the last few years.

- Inner layer – Shirt / T-shirt (wool or synthetic)
- Insulating layer – Polyester Sweater / Fleece Sweater / Insulated Down Jacket
- Outer layer – Waterproof jacket and pants (can be rented from Tröll)
- Hiking pants / fleece pants
- Socks (wool / hiking)
- Hiking / Climbing boots (boots need to have an ankle support to protect your ankle from potential sprains while hiking; Tröll has boots rental at location if needed)
- Hat, gloves, sunglasses
